Dear Families:
We are reaching out to announce when enrollment for both our camp offerings for this summer and our before-and after-school program for the 2025-26 school year - Windsor Extended Learning Lab (WELL) - will open for summer and fall enrollment, and also share some changes to our fee structure starting this summer.
Our WELL program has been subsidized by the state since its inception, allowing us to offer very low fees to our families. Unfortunately, each year since we started, the state has lowered that subsidy, usually without much warning. We have tried to maintain service using these shrinking dollars, but after the latest round of cuts, totalling more than 25% of our original subsidy, we must now look at increasing our fees charged to families, or risk the loss of this valuable program.
Therefore, we wanted to share the following new fee structure for both our summer camps and the 25-26 school year.
Enrollment for summer camps and for WELL before-and after-school care will open Tuesday, February 18th, 2025. Please see the bottom of this communication for dates and information regarding camps.
