Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P)
California is funding free or reduced before and after school care for qualifying students through the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P). Students who are eligible for this free or reduced care include those who are officially registered with WUSD as one of the following:
-
Free or Reduced Lunch recipients
-
English Learners
-
Foster or Homeless Youth
If you believe your child qualifies for ELO-P via Free or Reduced Lunch, you must reapply for the ELOP Fee Waiver for the 2025-2026 school year. All parents will receive the application by July 01, 2025, and it must be submitted by July 15, 2025.
If your student qualifies for ELO-P or another program covering the cost of care and you receive an invoice, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can assist in resolving any discrepancies.
If you plan to apply for financial aid with such agencies as Sonoma 4Cs, please make sure to present your certificates by August 08, 2025.
We are thrilled to offer these services to our community and look forward to supporting your children in a fun and enriching environment!
