At Windsor Unified School District, we know the discipline is important … but it’s not easy. State and federal laws, education code, and the latest research into student behavior must all be considered when creating a disciplne framework for a school community. 

That is why we have created a Discipline Matrix for grades 6 through 12. It provides clairty for staff, families and students as to infractions and their consequences, while using the latest reasearch and our Multi-Tiered Systems of Support framework to keep school a safe space for all of our students.

While this Matrix is currently only for grades 6-12, we are working on a Matrix for grades TK-5 and will have it finished and in sue before the end of the 2023-24 school year.
