The Windsor Unified School District is dedicated to providing quality, equitable, and accessible arts education for all TK-12 students. Students engage in standards-based arts education with arts specialists and through arts integrated outcomes. The WUSD VAPA department is a regional, state, and nationally recognized leader in Arts Integration and Career Technical Education (Arts Media and Entertainment):
TK-5 students participate in concentrated arts integration through the iAspire program
3-5 grade students receive weekly music instruction with a credentialed music specialist
5-12 grade students may enroll in arts electives with credentialed specialists in visual arts, theatre arts, music, and media arts
9-12 grade students may enroll in dance electives with a credentialed dance specialist
9-10 grade students may enroll in the Arts, Media, and Entertainment core
11-12 grade students may enroll in arts focus areas
